I’m a finance professional turned author who has lived my life with the belief that the best investments are made in people. After years in corporate leadership, consulting, and teaching, I’ve found that what mattered most wasn’t what was in the spreadsheets — it was the connections.

Being focused on people is who I am, and what I do. I love making people smile and laugh, adding energy and humor to everything I do (even finance…). Quotes from 80s and 90s movies and songs are sprinkled into just about everything, whether it’s guiding teams through big challenges, writing my first book (Reach Out: Building Relationships That Actually Matter), or making my wife laugh until she cries (which is the best thing in my world).

When I’m not writing, I’m usually lifting weights, reading fantasy or history, rolling dice in a Dungeons & Dragons campaign (40+ years strong), or enjoying life with my fantastic family.
